Learn some stretches from an Exercise Physiologist that can help minimise injuries as a Swim Teacher or Aquatic Trainer.

The water session will be led by one of our trainers with extensive experience teaching in open water who will share practical tips on engaging and encouraging young swimmers, and how to adapt and transfer your existing pool-based aquatic training skills to an open water environment with confidence.
